01 / THE LEARNING LOOP

One idea. Your explanation.

  1. Understand

Read an explanation, its mechanism, an example and its source.

  2. Try and check

Answer a scenario question. Compare with feedback and distinguish a first correct answer from one obtained after help.

  3. Retrieve later

A one-day review begins with a free explanation before rereading. It is a simple prompt, not a validated adaptive schedule.

02 / WHAT TO EXPLORE

Six disciplines, thirteen chapters.

Psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, artificial intelligence, philosophy and anthropology. A map introduces their questions and relationships; 48 principles explain their foundations and limitations.

  • Brain and networks
  • Perception and attention
  • Memory and learning
  • Organising ideas
  • Reasoning and decisions
  • Language and communication
  • Emotions and motivation
  • Understanding others
  • Body and environment
  • Space, time and numbers
  • Development and ageing
  • Consciousness and identity
  • Applications

Three paths: perception, memory and decisions; learning how to learn; emotions and social relationships. A glossary is accessible from lessons. The 3D map is optional and loaded on demand.

03 / EXPERIMENTS AND NOTEBOOK

Observe a mechanism. Keep your questions.

Two demonstrations: word/colour interference and word recall. No ranking, time limit or diagnosis. The notebook keeps notes, bookmarks and quiz results on the device. Export and import let you preserve this data.

Usable without an account, with a local notebook. A connected application version can synchronise private notes with the SupraLearning passport; sign in separately on each domain. A passed quiz is not a validated measure of mastery.
